GREENR database


GREENR (Global Reference on the Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources) is a new online resource that offers authoritative content on the development of emerging green technologies and discusses issues on the environment, sustainability and more.

 

GREENR is interactive and current, allowing users to navigate issue, organization and country portals. It's a one-stop site dedicated to studying sustainability and the environment.

 

The database contains articles, case studies, media and more.

Mergent Online beta release available





Mergent is pleased to announce the beta release for the new Mergent Online.

Mergent Online users may access the beta site by clicking the link labeled ‘Click here to view new Mergent Online’ on the Basic Search page. The beta release is the first step toward the migration of all clients on to the new Mergent Online platform.

During the next several weeks there will be additional communications regarding the transition.

Marquis Who’s Who Biographies are now included in LexisNexis Academic!

Who's Who in the East: Contains biographies for leaders in Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, as well as the following locations in Canada: New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Eastern Ontario.

Who's Who in Finance and Industry: Contains biographies for the principal decision-makers and business leaders in North America.

Who's Who in Science and Engineering: Contains international figures selected for achievement in physical, life, medical, social, mathematical, computer and applied sciences.

IEEE Xplore access

Access to the high quality journals and proceedings of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) via IEEE Xplore has been restored.  IEEE Xplore covers developments in electrical engineering, computer science, and electronics.  

 

The database can be access through the ‘Select a database…’ pull-down menu at http://ewp.rpi.edu/hartford/library.
