On October 1st, you will upgrade to Knovel’s new platform. Upon your first visit, you will be prompted to log in with your existing user name and password. There will be instructions available at the log in screen if you need help.
Knovel was completely rebuilt to ensure content is discoverable and the answers you find are actionable– easily integrating into your workflow. The user interface looks very different from what you use today, and we hope you’ll love it.
The new platform has a support center with information available to address common questions. There you will also find tutorial videos for basic search, data search, My Knovel and interactive tools. Of course, Knovel’s customer support team is also available to help.
We can’t wait for you to use the new platform, and we look forward to your feedback.
